Returns + Exchanges

 

Our Policy

We hope you love our clothing but if something is not quite right and you want to return an item that’s OK too.

The returns process is simple, just drop us an email letting us know you want to return and we’ll email you a pre-paid return label, stick this to the package you received your order in and pop it in the mail – no fuss and no cost to you.

 

We are happy to offer refunds on unworn stock goods returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. After 14 days we can offer an exchange for a different sizes of the same item (stock levels permitting).

"Made to order" items can be returned in exchange for a credit note of the same value of the original purchase.

All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact.  

All purchases of items marked as “sale” of “reduced price” at the time of purchase are final and no refund, exchange or credit note can be offered.

When we receive your item we process the return/exchange. This should take no more than 3 business days, don’t worry we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
